The product was exactly as depicted in it's picture and of equal or higher quality than I expected. Given the price, I think anyone looking for a very good inversion table for home use will be happy with it. If you are looking for something for a professional setting, then maybe not. I use it daily and am confident that it will still be working many years from now.
The shipping carton was adequate and everything arrived unharmed. Assembly was fairly easy, took about 30 minutes. The directions were not entirely accurate, but it was easy enough to figure out what to do. For example, they left out the fact you need to attach the larger brace to the backboard. At least they were written in plain English.
The entire unit felt sturdy and reliable. I had (and still have) no doubts that it was well built. It is very stable left to right as well. The brace between the board and foot piece is marked for varying body heights and adjusts the ease with which you invert. Inversion was smooth and the ability to pull yourself back a bit was easy using the hand holds.
Many people complain about the foot/ankle cushions on inversion tables. I have come to believe this may depend on your weight, height and overall health. I am an average male, about 5'9" 145 lbs and in pretty good shape. The ankle cushions are quite comfortable, even fully inverted. So, I think they would be the same for anyone of normal weight/height/age ratio and exercised regularly, etc. Otherwise, a good pair of shoes or a hand towel would be all you need to make the difference.
