Used to get physical therapy twice/week with a $12 copay. Great insurance, but it added up and took a lot of time. I tried a Body Champ inversion table in a sporting goods store and felt wonderful. After researching inversion tables I settled on this one. Same price as at the store but with more versatile handles.
I use it twice a day, so it paid for itself in less than a week.
I gave it a four because the instructions left out a step. My husband were able to figure it out however. Also the provided tool was useless. You will need an adjustable wrench and a phillip's screwdriver.
The pamphlet also talks about being able to balance on it. I don't have a balance spot. If the holes were about 1/2 inch differently placed I probably would have one. Not everybody is going to have a balance spot because of their proportions. I have no problem getting back up because of the handles.
