Construction is very good and functionality is just fine. The back support is rugged and the tubing for the whole unit is far more robust than I was actually expecting. Only knock for some people might be that the foot/ankle supports can be somewhat uncomfortable after about 4 minutes of inversion, but if you wear shoes and socks and readjust you're good for another 4 - 5 minutes again.
