I have read all the reviews and petty complaints......fact is you can't beat the product for the price. Yes, it can be a little uncomfortable hanging upside down if your not wearing the right shoes and you are on the heavy side....."your hanging from your ankles people!" I do like the firm slim padded back and the easy adjustments. I'm 5'7 but I'm short waisted and long legged so it works best for me set on 5'9. My husband is 5'7 but he's short legged and long bodied and works perfect set on 5'7 for him. Look at your build and height. Oh, great for crunches too! BOTTOM LINE....
